In fact, due to the coral reefs and beautiful beaches, the country is considered one of the most preferred beach destinations. Why You Should Travel The World?

We believe that traveling around the world shouldn’t be hard: it’s actually something everyone should be able to do at least once in their lives. Whether you choose to spend a few years or just a couple months traveling this beautiful planet, it’s important to see what’s out there. It’s up to you to make the dream come true and take the first step.

Zip-lining over the jungle canopy in Peru, successfully navigating the streets of Venice, taking a speedboat ride in New Zealand, or hopping in a Land Rover and heading out to watch the sandy view of Desert in Dubai: These are adventures worth having. People are hardwired for the excitement of adventure and travel may just be the best way to tap into it.

Meeting people from other cultures will teach you that the way you’ve been looking at the world isn’t the way everybody else does. In fact, your point-of-view might have some major blind spots. Seeing the world for yourself will improve your vision and your grip on reality.

If you’re between jobs, schools, kids, or relationships, around the world travel can be a perfect way to move from one of these life stages into your next great adventure. A big trip won’t just ease your transition into the next stage of your life, it’ll give you a chance to reflect on where you’ve been, where you’re going, and where you want to end up.

Travel world

I was long thinking of writing this article to show, Why one should travel abroad least one in their lifetime. I looked upon several experienced travel bloggers that visited dozens of countries and continue discovering new ones to tell, what are the reasons they travel and why you should travel too. And with all that research, I finally got my answer. There are otherwise numerous reasons but the most important that I found was – The more you travel, the greater the opportunity to introspect and retrospect. Travel is indeed a great teacher, it not only teaches you about the world, but it also teaches you about yourself and your place in the world.

Regardless of your age or where you live, there is no time like the present to drop what you’re doing and plan a trip overseas! If getting out of the country and discovering a new place wasn’t incentive enough, here are some reasons to travel abroad right now.

1. Escape The Patterns Of Everyday Life

Escape everyday lifeOftentimes we get so caught up in our daily routines and busy schedules that we forget there’s more life to live beyond our backyard. It’s time to ditch the boredom of unwavering day-to-day patterns and start packing your bags for a vacation of a lifetime.

2. Learn To Be Independentlearn to be independent

Throwing yourself into a different country or culture encourages you to think on your feet, and is super empowering! Nothing builds confidence like learning to navigate on your own and making your own decisions overseas, whether they be what attractions to explore during the day or where to eat dinner. You realize that you CAN do things, despite the obstacles and suddenly the obstacles seem less obstructive and more like welcomed challenges.

3. Meet New People

meet new people

Even if you live in the most diverse of cities, you won’t experience the hospitality and friendliness so much of the world offers to travelers passing through their towns! You’ll find commonalities with the unlikeliest of friends, share meals with neighbors, or be offered a place to stay by strangers you meet on the train.

4. Travel Is Education

travel is educationEvery second you spend in a different country is a second you spend learning about another way of life. Seeing the world provides an education that’s absolutely impossible to get to school. Travel teaches you economy, politics, history, geography, and sociology in an intense, hands-on way no class will. It opens your eyes to the world, helps you appreciate and learn about different cultures and different ways of life.

5. Material Possessions Lose Their Value

travel abroadIt only takes one trip to put into perspective the value of money and material possessions. Money can definitely buy your plane tickets, and a room at a hidden-gem hotel, and authentic international cuisine. So, learn to budget your money appropriately in your everyday life, and you’ll have plenty left over to explore new cities comfortably.

6. Celebrate!!!

Is there a birthday, anniversary, or graduation coming up? Did you get a promotion? It’s not hard to find a reason to celebrate!
Commemorating an achievement or special occasion with travel is SO memorable than a gift card or a mediocre dinner.

7. Discovering the Beauty of Earth

You should travel the world to see all the incredible beauty on this earth we are gifted with. There are so many forms of beauty in the deserts, mountains, oceans, and fjords. Seeing all these ecosystems can give us a more concrete understanding of what we can lose if we don’t take care of nature.

8. Becoming More Tolerant and Understanding

better understanding

Travel makes you more tolerant, sensitive and understanding. The more you travel and come across new cultures, you start accepting more and more. You realize that yours is not the only way to live. There are many more cultures out there, from which one can take a leaf or two. So, in essence, travel broadens your horizons and gives you a 360 degree, global view. Not only this, If you travel, you will not only learn about foreign cultures but about your own as well. You will notice the cultural differences and will find out what makes your culture unique. After returning from a long journey, you will see your country with new eyes.

If you’re open and willing, travel will make you an incredibly more well-rounded human being. Don’t wait until you’re retired to travel the world, or until your kids are grown. You will never regret crossing destinations off your bucket list, but you may be sorely disappointed if you put it off so long you never get the chance to.

You imagined it, daydreamed about it, envisioned it. Guess what? It can be done. Around the world travel is possible, you just have to decide you’re willing to take the first step and start planning your itinerary.

The Big Dream City – New York

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”    – Mark Twain

A trip to New York has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. I have always wanted to visit the place of tall buildings, history, and where culture is intertwined with its people. I have wanted to live the fast-paced life of a New Yorker, where I could stand outside and see, smell, and taste all of the experiences that this city has to offer. I have been building and building this ideal image in my mind for so long.

New York City. The Big Apple. The Concrete Jungle. The City That Never Sleeps. The nicknames are endless. New York City is one of the most beautiful cities, and it may not be beautiful like Athens, Greece or London, England but in its own way. Everyone, at least once in their life, should make it to New York City and there are an endless amount of reasons why.

  • What can be better than the huge green park? That is the reason why one should visit Central Park and find there Sheep Meadow, it is one of the most beautiful places in New York.

  • The Times Square.

It was named because of the newspaper The Times, which is placed there from the year 1904. There are always a lot of people and because of it, there is some special atmosphere.

  • Visit the Rockefeller Center in New York.

It will be better to visit this place at the sunset because it is the most beautiful at this time. One will be able to make a lot of different photos.

  • The Statue of Liberty

Nothing says, “Welcome to New York,” like Lady Liberty.

  • Empire State Building.

It’s a kind of second home for filmmakers. The building of this place started in the year 1929 and from that time, it is known as the middle of New York.

  • The Museum of Modern Art

A look at modern art and culture is a must.

  • The Brooklyn Bridge.

It was built in the year 1833 and connects Brooklyn with Manhattan. Looks spectacular in the evening.

  • The Broadway shows.

One must spend one of the evenings in New York, watching this show. Even if we’re not into the whole singing and dancing thing, Broadway shows create such a lively atmosphere and everyone can’t help but enjoy it.

  • Coney Island.

The first fast food appeared exactly there. Must try the local hot dog and you will like it a lot.

  • If one wishes to see the business part of New York, they should visit Wall Street. They can see a lot of businessmen there and the official part of the New York is located here.

  • Fifth Avenue.

Fifth Avenue has all the stores that we all wish we could shop at one day — Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Henri Bendel, Van Clef & Arpels, and more.

  • The nightlife In NYC.

There are numerous amount of clubs and since NYC is “the city that never sleeps” the party never ends.

  • The Subway makes for an adventure.

  • Radio City Music Hall

It’s wild. It’s crazy. It’s chaotic. It’s crowded. It’s dirty. It’s nonstop. And you can’t help but love it.  It’s New York City.

My Reflection

No matter what kind of trip you take, you often go through a myriad of emotions before, during and after your adventure.
You chose a place for a reason. Something about it drew you : the culture, the food, the architecture, the nature, the people. Maybe you’re seeing it for the first time, maybe for the tenth time; either way, it brings you immense happiness to be here.

It happens to be a time when I first visited United Arab Emirates(UAE), popularly known as Dubai. My first abroad trip..Yeaaahhhh!!! Its antiquity was the prominent reason that somehow made me inquisitive. It was so worth it to travel with my highly excitable family where I got to sense of varied culture, lifestyle and cuisines.

SEE THE HISTORYBefore the skyscrapers and luxurious automobiles, Dubai was only sand.Although the city has long evolved from the days of Bedouin villages, the desert is still a sight to see. We visited DESERT SAFARI and ate traditional Arabic barbeque, went for dune bashing, watched belly dancing and rode camels. Our cicerone took us to a camp in the middle of the desert, surrounded by sand dunes. This is an ideal way to better understand what life was like before the city boomed.

CULTURAL DIVERSITYDubai takes diversity to a whole new level. Approximately 85% of Dubai’s population are expats. This brings a level of cultural interaction that is rarely seen anywhere else in the world. It welcomes its visitors around the world but being a Muslim country, there are certain factors to take into consideration in terms of dress code and behavior. Religion plays a significant role in the culture of Dubai.

There are many exciting and unique attractions in Dubai. And you might be surprised to learn that it is completely family-friendly to visit. No matter what your interests, when you travel to Dubai, you’ll find something to thrill you!

We were literally fascinated by Burj Khalifa, currently the tallest building in the world, Palm Jumeirah and its posh dining and pristine sandy beach, blue water and palm trees. Dubai mall gave us world-class shopping experience. Plus, it is a great place to escape the heat. From Dubai Aquarium, Musical Fountain, Olympic sized ice skating rink to Theme parks and cage diving with sharks, you can experience all Sega activities in one house here.

There’s no dress code for visitors, although you will see most men wearing long white robes (dishdashas) and head coverings with black rope. Women’s fashions vary. Some wear Western clothing, while others are covered with robes and veils.

Not just one style of food in Dubai. Here you can get any style of food you desire. The main restaurants in the region take inspiration from Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine. That means that you can try everything from Indian to North Korean food in the area. MY TIP!! Research each restaurant before you book your table to find the best places.

For those with an untreatable case of wanderlust, this city is a traveller’s dream. Dubai has historic sights, futuristic architecture, active night life and out-of-this-world attractions.
